You will oversee all account management services and drive satisfaction, retention, and growth across complex client books. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10 years of client services experience in healthcare or PBM.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data and document SOPs and reporting requirements.
• Maintain executive relationships with health plan clients and pharmacy leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement Go-To-Market and growth strategies.
• Drive consistent client communication and update presentation templates.
