Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, healthcare administration or related field.
• 5 years of client service work experience, including 2 years in sales/account management in healthcare or PBM.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Understanding of the healthcare industry and PBM trends.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key relationships with plan account and pharmacy teams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure contract compliance.
• Lead client meetings and prepare materials for presentations.
• Manage end-to-end RFP process and renewal projects.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and track decisions.
• Support audits, client visits, and health fairs as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
