Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10–15 years of progressive experience in CPG sales and/or direct store delivery (DSD).
• Strong analytics, financial acumen, and strategic planning abilities.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed organization and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the total financial performance for the South Central geography, including revenue, profit, trade, and margin.
• Develop and execute Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with clear KPIs and ROI discipline.
• Lead senior customer relationships and strategic conversations across multiple functions to ensure execution excellence.
