Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Sales Manager, Foodservice to drive demand creation, sales execution, and customer growth across an assigned region. You will expand our fresh product portfolio through DSD, building strong relationships with regional chains and independent operators to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.

The role requires 4–7 years in foodservice sales, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in foodservice sales.
• Strong understanding of foodservice channels, customers, and DSD distribution.
• Proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results oriented with focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales by executing account plans and expanding distribution.
• Manage and grow relationships with regional chains and large independents.
• Develop joint business plans: define volume, price and promotions.
• Identify opportunities and build a robust pipeline for growth.
• Support regional forecasting and track performance against targets.
• Collaborate with RGM, Marketing, Innovation, Supply Chain and Finance.
