The position requires 10+ years in manufacturing with food industry experience, strong leadership, and a track record in continuous improvement and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Food Science, or a technical field required.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, at least 5 years in the food industry.
• 8+ years of direct management experience; leadership of safety initiatives and CI.

Responsibilities

• Lead region-wide Operations Excellence vision and accountability across all bakeries.
• Develop Bakery Leaders and coach teams toward world-class results.
• Partner with Bakery Leaders to deliver annual productivity targets and profit plan.
• Promote continuous improvement and ownership of KPIs across bakeries.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety standards (AIB, FDA, HACCP) and regulations.
