Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a world-class Lead SRE to guide observability and control plane products across the platform. You will define SRE strategy, establish standards, and build multi-year roadmaps from the ground up.

In this role you will lead and scale SRE teams, design hiring criteria, and create career development paths while setting SLOs, error budgets, on-call rotations, and blameless postmortems to protect reliability.
