Qualifications

• Doctorate-level medical/clinical affairs expertise required.
• Board-certified hematology expertise is essential.
• Strong communication, leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive global health economics, policy and reimbursement strategies.
• Lead scientific positioning and external partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Partner with external customers and internal teams to translate science into product value.
• Develop pre-launch and lifecycle plans for Specialty Testing products.
• Represent Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in external medical and scientific forums.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align clinical programs with regulatory and commercial goals.
