Job summary

Domino seeks a Senior Solutions Engineering leader to own pre-sales standards, qualify opportunities, scope POCs, and guide SEs. You will push back when deals don’t meet the bar, coach the SE team, and ensure technical credibility across enterprise opportunities.

You will work closely with GVPs and account teams to qualify and resource $5M+ deals, building an operating rhythm that drives high-quality outcomes and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise, solution-selling pre-sales or sales engineering.
• Direct experience on complex $5M+ deals.
• Proven people leadership of technical or pre-sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Own pre-sales as a function with standards for qualification, scope, and SE engagement.
• Push back on deals, scope, or timelines when they don’t meet the bar.
• Coach and develop the SE team with real, specific feedback.
• Ask hard technical questions and verify architecture/POC viability.
