Job summary

Levelociti seeks a Senior Director / VP of Solutions Engineering to lead a national Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering organization. This remote role requires strategic vision, executive engagement with CIO/CTO/CISO, and strong collaboration with Sales to drive opportunities.

You'll develop talent, set structure and best practices, and partner across Sales, Engineering, and Services to align solutions with customer and business outcomes, while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Background in pre-sales or solutions engineering leadership.
• Experience leading and developing Solutions Architects/Engineers.
• Ability to engage with CIO/CTO/CISO and executive-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing Solutions Engineering team.
• Partner with Sales to align opportunities and resource planning.
• Ensure solutions align with customer requirements and business outcomes.
• Establish structure, best practices, and standards across the Pre-Sales org.
