Job summary

Socure seeks an experienced leader to shape and drive the Solution Consulting function within the Channel Pod. This role leads top-tier consultants, aligns with Product, Engineering, and Sales, and focuses on customer implementation and ongoing technical needs.

You will define standards, foster innovation, and steer performance through playbooks and KPIs. The ideal candidate brings a decade of consulting or product management experience, deep channel market knowledge, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Risk Management, IT or related field.
• 10+ years in consulting, solution design, or product management in a similar field.
• Deep understanding of channel market challenges, regulations, and business models.
• Familiarity with risk management solutions and data analytics tools used in the industry.
• Proven track record leading teams to achieve KPIs for solution consulting/engineering in channel partnerships.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage vision and strategy for the Solution Consulting function for the Channel Pod.
• Supervise a team of Solution Consultants to improve performance.
• Conduct After Action Reviews to instill team learning habits.
• Define and oversee instrumentation and standards across the team.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and leadership on strategies for customer implementation and ongoing needs.
• Structure the Channel Pod to support sales and product goals.
• Communicate effectively up, down, and laterally for alignment.
• Provide direction to team members and recruit top-tier talent.
• Assist in supporting major accounts and long-term technical strategy.
• Design and maintain playbooks to streamline operations and measure performance.
• Turn raw data into actionable insights and mitigate risk.
