Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Director of Service Sales to lead the growth of recurring revenue across building automation, security, fire and life safety, monitoring, and digital services. You will drive enterprise-wide sales processes, enable strategic accounts, and align with branch leadership to execute a scalable service-sales model.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in a technical sales environment, ideally from Building Technologies or related industries.
• Strong background in driving commercial growth, including market/competitive analysis and business development.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and field teams to drive service initiatives.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, and best operational practices.
• Experience pricing, quoting and estimating complex Building Technology scope/projects.
• Experience preparing, administering, and analyzing department budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American Service Sales strategy across Building Automation, Integrated Security, Fire & Life Safety, Monitoring, Digital Services, and future offerings.
• Develop commercial playbooks, campaigns, and branch execution plans aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Establish renewal-management processes, pipeline visibility, and accountability across the network.
• Create standardized programs to improve service attachment to installations and lifecycle events.
• Partner with Digital Services, Monitoring, and Domain Leaders to commercialize digital and connected-service offerings.
• Provide leadership for Service estimating standards, tools, templates, and pricing practices.
