Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America seeks a Vice President of Corporate Development to lead the North America M&A lifecycle, sourcing deals, due diligence, and closing, while guiding strategic partnerships and growth initiatives.

Reporting to Strategy SVP, you will build governance, manage external advisors, and partner with senior leaders to drive value realization across the Bosch portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading acquisitions from sourcing through closing and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own North America M&A strategy, acquisition roadmap, and transaction pipeline.
• Lead target screening, market mapping, pre-diligence, and acquisition prioritization.
• Manage external advisors and diligences providers through closing and value realization.
