Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Director of Operations - Security to lead branch operations across access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and enterprise security projects. You will partner with Branch Managers and cross-functional leaders to improve forecast accuracy, control costs, and drive safe, compliant delivery of complex programs.

The role requires 8–10 years of leadership in electronic security, a Bachelor’s degree, and deep expertise in project

Qualificações

• 8-10 years of leadership experience within electronic security operations.
• Strong expertise in access control, video management systems, intrusion detection, and integrated security solutions.
• Experience with ERP and project management platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational leadership across Bosch BT NA Security projects and branch operations.
• Drive forecast accuracy, staffing, backlog, and financial performance.
• Ensure governance standards and risk mitigation across large projects.
• Lead continuous improvement and standardization of project execution methodologies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Procurement, Service, and Finance teams.
• Promote safety, compliance, and operational excellence across regions.
