Job summary

Saban Real Estate LLC seeks a senior investment leader to head the Self-Storage vertical, overseeing portfolio performance and driving platform growth. You will underwrite acquisitions, manage assets, and execute business plans from underwriting to disposition.

The role requires entrepreneurial ownership across the investment lifecycle and strong collaboration with operations, accounting, and leadership. Remote role across the Mountain/Pacific time zones.

Qualifications

• Extensive self-storage investment experience.
• Experience across acquisitions and asset management.
• Strong underwriting and financial modeling capabilities.
• Proven ability to translate data into investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Self-Storage sector with responsibility for portfolio performance and platform growth.
• Own asset-level performance, driving NOI growth and returns.
• Underwrite new acquisitions: financial modeling, market analysis, business plan development, due diligence.
• Participate in transaction execution from evaluation to close and rotation into portfolio.
• Identify portfolio expansion opportunities including acquisitions and organic growth.
• Develop and monitor business plans, budgets, KPIs, and variances; drive corrective action.
• Collaborate with property management on pricing, occupancy, and capital projects to increase NOI.
• Evaluate capital investments with a risk-adjusted return lens; prioritize capital allocation.
• Maintain knowledge of self-storage markets, demand, competition, and development activity.
• Coordinate with Accounting/FP&A on reporting and budgeting; senior leadership reviews.
• Manage third-party operators and partners to ensure performance.
