Qualifications

• 10-15 years of self-storage investment experience; breadth across acquisitions and asset management.
• Experience in lean, entrepreneurial platforms with cross-functional responsibilities.
• Proven ability to translate performance data into actionable investment strategies.
• Strong underwriting, financial modeling, and risk assessment capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead self-storage sector investments across portfolio performance and platform growth.
• Underwrite and evaluate acquisitions, develop business plans, and perform due diligence.
• Monitor asset performance, prepare investment recommendations, and present to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with operations, accounting, FP&A, and external partners to maximize NOI.
