Qualifications

• 10–15 years of self‑storage investment experience.
• Experience across acquisitions and asset management.
• Entrepreneurial, lean platform background preferred.
• Proven track record of NOI growth and asset value improvement.
• Ability to underwrite investments and present recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead self‑storage sector performance and platform growth.
• Underwrite new acquisitions and develop business plans.
• Manage portfolio performance and asset-level results.
• Collaborate with operations, FP&A, and leadership on strategy.
