Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Senior Director of Medical & Scientific Affairs – Specialty Testing to lead global vision and operations for this key business area. You will drive clinical positioning, collaboration with external partners, and development of pre-launch and lifecycle strategies for diagnostic products worldwide.

The role reports to the Chief Medical Officer and sits within the Medical & Scientific Affairs organization.

Qualifications

• Doctorate level requirement (M.D., Ph.D., Pharm.D., DNP) with 20+ years of medical & clinical affairs experience.
• Board-certified hematologist.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Steer global health economics, policy, and reimbursement strategies.
• Lead external partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders and scientific bodies.
• Define bench and clinical research priorities for product development and regulatory submissions.
