Blueberry Medical PA is scaling its 24/7 pediatric care platform and seeks a hands-on Sales Operations leader. You will configure HubSpot Sales Hub, analyze data, improve processes, and partner with sales, marketing, client success, and finance to drive pipeline reliability and team productivity.

Reporting to Head of B2B Growth, this role is initially individual contributor, with potential to lead a broader function as the company grows.

Formación

• 4+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations with hands-on ownership.
• Advanced HubSpot Sales Hub admin experience building workflows, reports, and CRM structures.
• Strong pipeline analysis, forecasting support, and data-driven storytelling.
• Proven ability to improve processes and drive user adoption in fast-paced settings.

Responsabilidades

• Own HubSpot Sales Hub administration and dashboards.
• Establish CRM governance and reporting consistency with sales leadership.
• Build repeatable sales processes from prospecting to handoff.
• Coordinate with marketing, client success, and finance to remove bottlenecks.
