Job summary

SPS Commerce seeks a Sr. Director of Professional Services & Delivery to own delivery for Retail Customer Success, onboarding retailers, and SOW work across the install base. You’ll lead PMO, solution architecture, and technical consulting, guiding pricing and staffing in a fast-evolving delivery organization.

You will report to the VP of Customer Success Retail. The role emphasizes IT engagement, governance, and scaling delivery with measurable outcomes in value and timeline.

Qualifications

10+ years in professional services or delivery leadership within enterprise SaaS.
Experience re-engineering a services delivery model to reflect value and effort.
Strong cross-functional alignment between Sales, PMO and Delivery functions.
Ability to govern IT stakeholder engagement and delivery governance.

Responsibilities

Own full delivery accountability for net-new retailer onboarding and SOW work across the install base.
Lead the team's evolution toward greater technical aptitude and tooling, engaging customer IT directly.
Partner with Sales to ensure what is sold matches what can be delivered and priced.
Own evolution of professional services pricing and packaging to reflect delivered value.
Manage handoffs between technical delivery and customer-facing engagement teams.
