Job summary

Actionstep seeks a Director of Services to lead the Services Department, aligning service offerings with company goals and championing customer satisfaction. You will oversee transitions from legacy products, optimize workflows, and implement automation to enhance delivery.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will mentor leaders, shape strategy, and partner with sales, product, and engineering to meet client needs and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in SaaS service delivery or project management.
• Proven track record managing large teams and driving operational excellence.
• Experience with project coordination tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic vision for the Services Department and align with org objectives.
• Oversee service delivery, ensure quality, timelines and budgets.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as senior escalation point.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management and engineering.
• Establish KPIs and report performance to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
