Amentum is seeking a Senior Director, Business System Strategy & Transformation to lead multi-year S2P and O2C technology initiatives in a US-remote capacity. You will shape enterprise architecture, drive modernization, and deliver AI-enabled enhancements across supply chain platforms.

This strategic role requires deep experience in S2P/O2C, ERP ecosystems, and governance processes, with a proven track record in leading transformative programs and delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related functions, with focus on technology enablement or process transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
• Certification in supply chain management, procurement, or analytics (e.g., CSCMP, APICS, CPSM).
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a multi-year S2P technology strategy that aligns with corporate objectives.
• Lead cross-functional, enterprise-wide supply chain transformation projects from concept to implementation.
• Oversee enterprise application modernization initiatives across ERP and other important platforms.
• Develop standardized, enterprise-wide data capabilities to drive high-quality insights.
• Design and implement scalable BI frameworks for data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and Operations to embed SC design and execution in enterprise initiatives.
