Job summary

Amentum seeks a Senior Director to lead Business System Strategy & Transformation across the global supply chain. You will shape multi-year S2P and O2C strategies, modernize ERP, and drive data-guided decisions across enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional programs, building business cases, and delivering scalable, high-impact improvements that enhance efficiency, supplier engagement, and user experience.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related functions with technology enablement.
Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
US Citizenship is required; experience in matrixed organizations and change management a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year S2P/ O2C transformation roadmap across ERP platforms.
Lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives including process redesign and system implementations.
Develop business cases and drive value realization from technology-enabled improvements.
Champion data governance, analytics, and AI-driven enhancements across the supply chain.
