Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior Director for Business System Strategy & Transformation to lead S2P and O2C modernization across the enterprise. You will guide technology strategy, architecture, and program leadership while partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable value.

The role emphasizes AI-driven tools, predictive analytics, and a digitally enabled operating model. It requires US Citizenship and a strong track record in supply chain tech transformation.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related functions, with a focus on technology enablement or process transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
• Experience with change management, project management, and facilitating strategic initiatives in a matrixed environment to deliver measurable results.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive multi-year S2P technology strategy that aligns with corporate objectives.
• Lead cross-functional, enterprise-wide supply chain transformation projects from concept to implementation.
• Oversee enterprise application modernization and ERP modernization initiatives.
• Design scalable BI frameworks and data capabilities for actionable insights.
• Champion organizational change management and cross-functional collaboration.
