Job summary
NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced F&A and Procure To Pay SME to lead finance transformation programs across multiple industries.
The role combines ERP platform mastery with AI-driven automation and Agentic AI technologies, partnering with Sales, Operations, Consulting, Product and AI teams to deliver measurable business outcomes for global clients. The candidate should have strong executive presence, influence decision making, and contribute to next-generation Agentic BPaaS
Qualifications
- 10+ years in solutioning, consulting, or enterprise transformation.
- Experience leading large-scale BPO, Managed Services, or BPaaS deals.
- Deep ERP and digital transformation knowledge with AI exposure.
- Strong executive communication and client influence capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale BPO, Managed Services, and BPaaS opportunities.
- Design transformation-led Finance & Accounting (R2R, P2P, O2C) and Source-to-Pay solutions.
- Embed Agentic AI capabilities into business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with AI, Data Science, and Product teams to design autonomous workflow agents and AI copilots.
- Build scalable, outcome-based solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Mentor junior solution architects and consultants; support analyst briefings and strategic account planning.
