The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Training, and Technical Service to drive utilization, executive reviews, and growth initiatives in a complex hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years experience in medical device or healthcare environments.
• 10+ years of people leadership across sales, clinical, customer success or program mgmt.
• Ability to travel 50%+ within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national utilization org focused on adoption, performance and long‑term success.
• Develop strategies to drive procedure growth, system utilization and market expansion.
• Partner with commercial leadership to align programs with growth strategies.
• Conduct executive reviews with hospital leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of new tech, digital solutions and best practices.
