Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of clinical, sales or related experience or Advanced Degree with 0 years of related experience
• Ability to relocate to a major implementation site
• Willingness to travel throughout the country (>75%).
• 12-18+ months clinical selling experience in an operating room environment
• Knowledge and experience of operating rooms and surgery procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to operate from idea generation and strategy development through detailed implementation and results in delivery.
• Understanding the impact of quality and regulatory requirements.
• Strong and demonstrable project management skills.
• Ability to integrate a customer team and coach it to continuously improve its performance.
• Experience in change management with the ability to standardize process optimization and change management activities into a reproducible package that could be deployed in different places by different people.
• Strong analytical, excellent interpersonal and research skills.
• Familiarity with hospital workflows and the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Meet with robotic program stakeholders and develop program goals and metrics for HUGO RAS-system; conduct regular program reviews.
• Develop a surgeon training plan, coordinate attendance at off-site training, and arrange proctored cases post-training.
• Develop a training plan to support staff including attendance at off-site training and staff learning support.
• Support technology adoption by attending to cases during learning sessions.
• Utilize change management techniques to engage clinical stakeholders and attain buy-in.
• Coach hospitals’ staff to promote skill transfer and achieve self-sufficiency in operations.
• Cooperate with Medtronic field service engineer and hospital staff to prep the operating room for HUGO RAS-system.
• Track milestones to demonstrate value delivered for the pilot site.
• This is a fully remote role; travel throughout the country >75%.
