Job summary

Duke Health seeks a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Finance to align Corporate Finance with the PRMO and optimize net patient revenue and cash performance. This executive will validate financial impact, reconcile reporting, and own margin improvement initiatives across the organization.

The role drives strategic financial partnerships, leads ROI analyses, and ensures consistent, transparent reporting of revenue cycle KPIs to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years work experience in healthcare finance/revenue cycle.
• Experience with Revenue Cycle analytical tools and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial liaison between Corporate Finance and PRMO.
• Develop ROI models and quantify reimbursement opportunities and risks.
• Provide executive recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Oversee financial reporting and executive dashboards.
• Analyze cash, AR, denials, reimbursement, and write-offs.
