Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

• Ability to lead projects and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify revenue cycle improvement opportunities and ROI analyses.
• Lead discussions, prioritization, and project scoping with PRMO leadership.
• Perform root cause analyses using dashboards and data to drive decisions.
• Develop analytical models and proactive monitoring for performance trends.
• Collaborate with operations and clinical departments to optimize workflows.
