• Bachelor's degree in a business or health-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience, including 3 years with significant responsibility for performance/ process improvement.
• Experience leading work teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement strategies to enhance billing and collections performance.
• Lead growth-related workflow design and operational readiness for new service lines, facilities, providers, and programs.
• Evaluate operational workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency and scalability through technology, automation, and process redesign.
• Implement and maintain system solutions, automation tools, and workflow enhancements across Epic and related revenue cycle technologies.
• Partner with operational and technical teams to translate business needs into sustainable system enhancements and configurations.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor performance and inform decisions.
• Establish performance measurement strategies and KPIs for automation, system optimization, and growth initiatives.
