Job summary

Duke Health is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Finance to align Corporate Finance with the Patient Revenue Management Organization (PRMO). You will quantify financial impact, validate results, and report on cash collections, denials, and net patient revenue.

You will oversee analytics, develop ROI models, and partner with IT and operations to drive margin improvement across the Revenue Cycle. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong strategic and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in healthcare revenue cycle analytics and finance.
• Experience with Epic Systems, Kodiak Reporting, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial liaison between Corporate Finance and Revenue Cycle Operations.
• Oversee financial analytics, reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Develop ROI models and quantify reimbursement opportunities and risks.
• Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional workstreams within Revenue Cycle.
