Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a leader to drive the Samsung Experience Stores, leveraging performance data and consumer insights to deliver profitable in-store experiences. You will oversee financial planning, performance metrics, and day-to-day operations to ensure seamless store processes.

This role partners with internal teams and external operators to maximize sales and develop strategic assortments, while guiding a team to achieve performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Samsung Experience Stores by leveraging performance, consumer insights, markets trends and new product development to build and deliver a profitable experience and business.
• Oversee financial planning analysis, performance metrics, and day-to-day activities to ensure seamless business processes.
• Direct operations, merchandising, visual merchandising, marketing and consumer experience professionals to maximize sales and profitability in physical retail locations.
• Develop short and long term assortment strategies to optimize store performance and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal partners and external 3rd party store operators to drive store outcomes.
• Manage monthly forecast, actuals, operating plans and ad-hoc reporting for stores.
• Provide spend analytics and build reports to support business opportunities and decision making.
• Coach and develop direct reports to meet performance and development goals.
