Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a senior data analytics leader to drive retail strategy across SES, MX and CE channels. You will lead analytics, KPIs, and reporting to guide assortment, staffing, experience improvements and accountability.

Responsibilities include piloting new formats and AI-enabled tools, while scaling successful concepts across channels. You will develop data-driven strategies, mentor a high-performing team, and conduct competitive analyses to spot opportunities

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in retail strategy/analytics with leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive a unified retail strategy across SES, MX Retail and CE Retail.
• Own retail performance analytics, KPIs, and reporting to inform decisions.
• Lead pilots and innovation initiatives, scaling concepts across channels.
• Identify process improvements and embed data-driven optimization.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer experience across channels.
• Build and nurture a high-performing team with professional development.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Use advanced statistics to analyze data and build predictive models.
• Define a data strategy and roadmap with internal partners.
• Drive project execution by prioritizing, removing barriers, allocating resources.
