Job summary

Samsung Electronics America seeks a Senior Director of Retail Strategy & Analytics to lead a unified retail strategy across SES, MX Retail and CE Retail. You will own advanced analytics, KPIs, and data-driven decisions to improve assortment, staffing and customer experience.

You will pilot innovative formats, develop scalable AI-enabled solutions, and mentor a high-performing team while partnering with operations to drive improvements and measurable performance growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in retail strategy/analytics with at least 10 years in a leadership role; consulting firm experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in data analytics, BI, and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a unified retail strategy across SES, MX Retail and CE Retail.
• Own retail performance analytics, KPIs and reporting to inform decisions.
• Lead pilots and innovation initiatives (AI) and scale proven concepts.
• Partner with backend operations to identify process improvements and best practices.
• Develop a data strategy and roadmap to support business needs.
• Build and nurture a high-performing cross-functional team.
