Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a Director of Integrated Retail Planning to lead connected planning for the Samsung Experience Store (SES).

Manage demand planning, inventory allocation, promotional planning, and financial planning across the SES store network, coordinating with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Corporate Finance, and Product teams. The role involves building scalable planning processes, tools, and a team (initially two people) to support growth, with responsibilities

Formación

• Bachelor's in a relevant field; MBA preferred for advanced leadership.
• 10+ years in retail planning or integrated business planning with P&L ownership.
• Lead cross-functional planning across Retail, Supply Chain, Finance and Product teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own demand forecasting across stores, categories, and products; include launches, promotions, seasonality.
• Lead inventory allocation and replenishment to improve availability and working capital.
• Own financial and demand planning for promotions and pre/post-event analysis.
• Develop integrated plans linking sales, margin, expenses, product demand, inventory and promotions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance management.
