Job summary

The Cigna Group seeks a Senior Director of Resource Planning & Operations Analytics to lead enterprise resource management across Workforce Management and Operations Analytics. You will shape long- and short-range forecasting, staffing, scheduling, and performance reporting to meet service, quality, and financial commitments.

Partner with executive leadership to drive data-driven decisions, governance, and cross-functional initiatives that improve productivity and patient/client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a quantitative/operational field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in workforce management, resource planning, analytics, or BI.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience, including leading managers and multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year strategy and operating plan for resource planning and analytics.
• Develop Directors and managers; build succession, depth, and accountability.
• Set integrated forecasting strategy for short-, mid-, and long-range demand and capacity plans.
• Direct workforce planning, staffing strategies, and capacity management to align with demand and budget.
• Oversee intraday resource optimization and performance reporting across various work types.
• Sponsor executive dashboards and performance narratives translating data into actionable recommendations.
