Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead CSO Demand Forecasting & Analytics and guide a team of analysts across Medical, Dental, Digital, Chat, and PBS. You will collaborate with Operations, Workforce Management, Product and Technology to develop analytical models and build compelling business cases.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years of analytics experience, and the ability to influence senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 5 years of relevant management consulting or analytics experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior executives.
• Ability to lead large-scale project and program teams and independently drive work.
• Ability to partner across organizations and roles to influence and deliver work.
• Two years of building, managing, or using business models, e.g. optimization, predictive analysis, or financial / credit modeling.
• Strong analytical and finance skills; proficiency in analytics-focused coding language (SQL, Python, or R).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategy and analytics support for the Customer Service Operations team delivering support across Medical, Dental, Digital, Chat and PBS.
• Lead a team of business analysts and resource planning professionals, collaborating with Operations, Workforce Management, Product and Tech.
• Maintain, improve and publish forecast across call, case, and average handle time.
• Size new pieces of intent and enable staffing strategies that balance member experience and operating costs.
• Act as a key thought partner for executives and direct reports.
