EAB is seeking a Senior Director, Terrain Lead in Research Advisory Services to drive strategic terrain mastery and client delivery across higher education. You will work with boards, presidents, and senior leaders to guide transformation, fundraising strategy, and donor engagement.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience, strong executive communication, and the ability to lead a team while traveling 40–50% to client sites and conferences. Remote options within the continental U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of post-graduate professional experience in higher education, research or management consulting.
• Experience working with senior advancement leaders and cabinet-level executives.

Responsabilités

• Develop terrain mastery in the Advancement landscape and related research terrains, delivering strategic guidance to partner institutions.
• Deliver EAB insights through calls, meetings, conferences, and on-campus presentations to inform decisions.
• Lead and develop RAS staff, manage performance, and foster a high-performing team culture.
• Collaborate with Research Customer Success to scale client delivery and support renewal decisions.
• Generate original insights and content in assigned areas to inform future EAB deliverables.
