EAB is seeking a Director, Research Advisory Services to lead client engagements with higher education and K-12 partners. You will build strategic guidance, deliver data-driven insights, and supervise advisory projects across terrain mastery, content delivery, and collaboration with senior leaders.

The role requires 6–8+ years of post-graduate experience, strong storytelling and presentation skills, and the ability to travel 40-50% while working from multiple bases in the continental US.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with client executives at colleges, universities, districts, or schools.
• Superior verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to create a compelling narrative through data visualization, graphics, and slides.

• Terrain Mastery: build and maintain issue expertise across research terrains relevant to members.
• Content Delivery and Facilitation: diagnose problems, guide decisions, and deliver advice via various formats.
• Customer Success and Commercial Support: collaborate with the research customer success team to deliver impact.
• Research Collaboration: generate original insights and share market perspectives with colleagues.
