Job summary

UGE International is seeking a Director of Project Execution to lead the successful delivery of our renewable energy projects across the portfolio. You will partner with the Managing Director, Project Execution to provide strategic leadership, oversee budgets, schedules, and risks, and guide Project Managers toward consistent, high-quality outcomes from early planning through handover to operations.

The role demands a proven track record in C&I and community solar development, strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of solar or energy storage project management experience.
• Superior oral and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to drive project teams to meet deadlines and goals.
• Leadership to foster collaboration and proactive information seeking.
• Expert problem-solving across complex project scenarios.
• Detail-oriented while seeing the bigger picture.
• Mentor and develop others within a project management team.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for multiple projects across regions from NTP through COD and hand-off.
• Oversee budgets, cash flow forecasts, and risk management for the project portfolio.
• Set governance, standards, KPIs, and best practices to ensure consistent project delivery.
• Allocate resources and prioritize projects to align with organizational goals.
• Report portfolio metrics, risks, and performance to executive leadership.
