• Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction management overseeing large projects.
• Experience taking conceptual design through construction with internal and external partners.
• Current driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for all project phases including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and finance.
• Manage project financials: budgets, forecasts, cash flow, earned value tracking, change orders.
