Job summary

UGE is seeking a Director of Project Execution to lead the successful delivery of renewable energy projects across the portfolio. You will mentor Project Managers, manage schedules, budgets, and risk, and coordinate across Development, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Portfolio Operations to ensure COD and handoff.

The role requires a track record in C&I, community solar, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance, with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quantitative field.
• 8+ years of solar or energy storage project management experience.
• Superior oral and written communication for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to drive project teams to deadlines and outcomes.
• Leadership to mentor project managers.
• Experience with EPC, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provides overarching leadership and strategic direction for multiple projects across regions.
• Oversees schedule, cost, quality, and risk management from NTP to COD and hand‑off.
• Establishes governance frameworks, execution standards, and KPIs for project delivery.
• Allocates resources and aligns portfolio priorities with organizational goals.
• Reports portfolio performance and risks to executive leadership.
