Job summary

The People Concern seeks a Senior Director, Housing Supportive Services Program (HSSP) to oversee HSSP programs in project-based housing and supervise HSSP Program Directors in clinical and administrative operations.

Under supervision of the Deputy Chief of Clinical Services, you will manage DMH contracts, coordinate staffing, and work with ICMS partners to ensure program success, with direct involvement in reporting and quality assurance in a collaborative LA setting.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Welfare, MFT, or PhD in psychology or related field; Licensure preferred.
• Minimum of four years experience in mental health and/or substance addictions.
• CA Driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong knowledge of Medi-Cal documentation and requirements.
• Experience providing administrative and clinical supervision.
• Contract and quality assurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HSSP programs in project-based housing and supervise HSSP Program Directors.
• Monitor administrative aspects of DMH-contracted HSSP and contracts, including billing and outcomes.
• Ensure programs meet contractual obligations with DMH funders and ICMS providers.
• Attend meetings and maintain relationships with DMH and partner organizations.
• Manage staffing needs and slot allocations with Directors and Assistant Directors.
• Collaborate with Housing Department Leadership and external ICMS Partners on clinical and staff oversight.
• Represent the agency at DMH meetings and county-wide HSSP meetings.
• Ensure productivity goals, including directed service time and DMH documentation standards.
• Coordinate clinical services with outside agencies and funders; manage referrals.
