Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a Mental Health discipline or related field required.

• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and publishing software.
• Knowledge of licensing, housing regulations and OMH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees social/clinical services and building operations.
• Supervises program staff and on-duty staff.
• Hires program staff and conducts supervision meetings.
• Approves resident service plans and coordinates with Health Care Coordinator.
• Maintains case records and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Participates in case conferences and prepares reports.
• Monitors safety, audits, and licensing compliance.
