Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Real Estate to lead global real estate strategy, supporting growth across a multi-location portfolio with a focus on specialized facilities and site selection.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate real estate or related portfolio management experience.
• Experience with site selection and complex leases.
• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of real estate law, zoning, and development processes for specialized environments.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Real Estate to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead global real estate strategy in support of growth across a multi-location portfolio, with a particular focus on specialized facilities and site selection. The Director will partner closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities, support transactions, and ensure the portfolio is aligned with operational and business needs. This position also requires strong judgment in lease management, property planning, and budget oversight.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

• Proven track record managing a multi-location portfolio
• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience negotiating complex leases, renewals, and purchase agreements
• Strong understanding of real estate law, zoning, and development processes for specialized environments
