Job summary

The HOPE Program seeks a Senior Director of Program Operations and Workforce Development to lead the program department across Brooklyn and the Bronx. You will drive day-to-day operations, coordinate with the Chief Program Officer, and oversee placement and retention targets within green sector training and general programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental sustainability, clean energy, or green infrastructure.
• 10+ years in workforce development, incl. 5+ years at director level or above.
• Proven track record driving job placement and retention across programs/sites.
• Experience writing/implementing SOPs for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the program department across Brooklyn and Bronx sites.
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and Lattice; contribute to dashboards and funder reports.
• Develop partnerships with employers, training providers, and funders, esp. in green economy.
• Manage staffing, policy adherence, and budgeting within approved framework.
