Job summary

Hope Services seeks an experienced executive to act as HOPE’s lead in local communities, establishing strong interfaces with HOPE programs and community life. You will develop partnerships and oversee service and fiscal operations in the local region to ensure program quality and sustainability.

The role entails directing leadership efforts, strategic planning, and compliance across districts while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and engagement with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years administrative experience with people with disabilities.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct HOPE’s executive leadership and interface with local communities.
• Develop partnerships with local colleges, chambers of commerce, legislators, and service clubs.
• Oversee program quality, fiscal viability, and compliance across the district.
• Supervise program managers and lead staff development and performance evaluation.
