Foodbuy, a part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Senior Director of Account Management in Charlotte, NC. The role leads a procurement optimization team, drives upselling and retention, and manages relationships with C-suite clients to maximize account growth.

The position focuses on onboarding new clients, expanding strategic initiatives, and coordinating with senior leadership to enhance Foodbuy programs. Travel up to 15% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in supply chain, category, finance, or related field; supplier management experience preferred.
• Strong negotiations experience
• Presentation Experience
• Ability to extract insights from complex data sets using advanced Excel skills
• Ability to influence through direct and indirect teams.
• Knowledge / Experience of budgets and forecasting
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Up to 15% Travel Annually

Aufgaben

• Identify revenue opportunities within each account (i.e. Product, Channel, Region, etc.), and quantify the revenue potential
• Successfully onboard new clients positioned for growth through program participation and purchasing optimization.
• Build and maintain client relationships to maximize retention and contract renewals.
• Partner with senior Conterra leadership to coordinate Advisor Board activities that enhance the overall Conterra and Foodbuy programs.
