You will lead a team of sourcing professionals, build partnerships internally and externally, and deliver measurable commercial value through cost savings and improved operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading complex sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.
• Strong commercial, financial, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead organizational change.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Up to 30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives across enterprise categories.
• Leads competitive sourcing events, supplier negotiations, contract development, and supplier relationship management.
• Deliver measurable commercial results on the P&L through cost savings, revenue growth, risk mitigation, and value creation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key business leaders and partners to understand vendor needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Partner cross-functionally to launch sourcing initiatives.
• Utilize market intelligence and spend analytics to identify opportunities.
• Establish and monitor sourcing performance metrics and progress.
