Job summary

Choice Hotels International seeks a Senior Director of Pricing Strategy to lead pricing analytics, forecasting, and revenue management technology globally. You will set pricing strategy, guardrails, and drive portfolio insights into property actions, collaborating with Brand, Strategy, Analytics, Technology, and Finance teams.

You will modernize pricing and forecasting via analytics tools and AI, communicating results to executives, franchisees, and stakeholders while guiding enterprise

Qualifications

• 8+ years in revenue management and pricing analytics.
• 4+ years in performance analytics or financial analysis.
• Proven leadership of managers and analytics teams.
• Experience translating enterprise insights to regional/property actions.
• Experience leading large, complex strategic initiatives across functions.
• Hospitality/franchise/multi-unit portfolio experience preferred.
• Experience managing external vendors and contracts.
• Experience driving analytics or AI adoption in team processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise pricing analytics across brands, regions, and properties.
• Establish pricing guardrails by chain scale and brand with regional leaders.
• Analyze rate, demand, elasticity, and market trends for opportunities.
• Own quarterly revenue forecasts across enterprise, brands, regions, and properties.
• Quantify impact of revenue programs and market changes on performance.
• Build dashboards and scorecards for pricing visibility.
• Communicate strategy and forecasts to executives and stakeholders.
• Apply AI and modern analytics to accelerate insights.
