Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Modeling & Pricing to lead pricing analytics and enterprise-wide financial modeling initiatives. The role serves as the primary internal business leader across pricing requests and projects, shaping an enterprise-wide pricing analytics strategy and supporting long-term objectives.

The position requires a strong background in managed care/PBM, project leadership, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on transforming pricing

Qualifications

• :
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business or related field; HS diploma or GED required.
• 10 years of relevant work experience including 5 years of managed care/PBM experience.
• 3 years in project management, quality improvement and business analysis.
• 7 years of leadership/people management experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication, team leadership, conflict resolution and listening.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise wide transformation and process improvement to pricing and forecast analytics work products.
• Develop standard execution processes within all pricing and financial modeling work stream activities.
• Create cost/benefit, ROI analyses and other financial reports/models to support strategic and financial decision making.
• Provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to Prime management.
• Manage client relationships and document pricing analytics projects based on capacity and capabilities.
• Champion standardization of new best practice processes, procedures, and templates for pricing and underwriting models.
• Conduct performance reviews, check-ins and 1:1s to guide performance and development.
• Manage department budget, staffing, performance and development, and uphold leadership expectations.
